Here are my tips for feeling your best and looking good this summer:
Fill Up on Fresh Foods
What you put in your body shows on your skin, which is why it’s so important to eat a balanced diet that is packed with fresh fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats and lean proteins. When in doubt, make a salad that checks all these boxes.
Walk & Talk
Struggling to get your steps in? Make your next phone call (or meeting) part of your daily walk. I love setting out on a walk and catching up with friends, family and my team while I’m doing it. The time will fly by and you’ll get to check two things off your to-do list.
Adjust Your Makeup Colors
Whether you tan easily or get more freckles come summer, you might want to adjust your makeup colors for the season. I love having a few shades of the Jones Road Face Pencil on hand for this exact thing. You can blend different shades together as your skin tone changes. And don’t forget to always use the lighter shade under your eyes.
Stay Hydrated
I know I sound like a broken record by now, but I can’t stress the importance of drinking water enough. It’s good for your mind, your body, your skin — the list goes on. Track your intake with an app, get a cool water bottle, or add some fresh fruit. Whatever you need to do to make it work for you, do it.
Stay Cool

Don’t Forget the SPF
The biggest thing you can do when it comes to “anti-aging” is to wear sunscreen. I’m a huge Supergoop fan, you can’t go wrong with anything in their collection. Apply it everyday and reapply often if you’re going to be outside for extended periods.
Fake a Glow
I love using Miracle Balm in Bronze and Tawny to give my skin that summer glow without having to spend time in the sun. Both of these shades will work across skin tones and will leave your skin looking dewy and healthy.
Take Care of You
The last 15 months have been intense (to say the least) and now that things are shifting towards a new “normal,” it’s more important than ever to take care of yourself. Drink Clean
My go-to summer cocktail? Tequila on the rocks with a squeeze of lime juice. Simple, delicious and without all the extra sugar that comes from mixers.
Workout in 60 Seconds
Even if you’re pressed for time, you can still get in a good sweat. I love this workout from my trainer, Fit Like Krys. It’s really just 60 seconds.
Go for Gloss
