What The ‘I Am Me’ Series Means to Me

My mission in life has always been to empower women and never let society’s standards define who you are. Confidence isn’t about being like someone else or fitting into a mold. I want you to feel confident being you.

That’s what I love most about The ‘I Am Me’ Series—listening to all of these incredible women share their stories about living confidently—even through all of the ups and downs. 

Those are the things that make them, them.

Nothing makes me feel most like myself more than spending time with the people I love—my community.

Over the years my network has grown so much. I’m so inspired by the incredible women I’m lucky enough to call my friends. They’re bold, they take risks, and they’re all so unapologetically themselves. That’s why I asked them to be a part of this series. 

Whether they work in business, journalism, food, or comedy—they’re so much more than that. They all have a unique story, background, and experience to share. I learn something new every time I sit down with them.

That’s really how I wanted ‘I Am Me’ to feel. It’s just two friends, sitting on the couch together, talking about life.

As women, we have to build each other up. That means listening to and learning from each other. Hearing what these women have to say is so inspiring, and I think you’ll feel the same.

This series is a reminder that we’re all a work in progress—and that’s OK. Just be you. Be your best. Everything you need is right there.
