Gel Liner is richer and more pigmented than The Best Pencil. For a more precise and pigmented line, we recommend using Gel Liner. For blending and smudging with a less precise line, we recommend using The Best Pencil. For a greater statement, we recommend layering Gel Liner on top of The Best Pencil.

US: Free standard shipping for orders over $85. For orders under $85, shipping is $6.95.
Canada: Free standard shipping for orders over $125 CAD. For orders under $125 CAD, shipping is $13 CAD.
UK: Free standard shipping for orders over £75 GBP. For orders under £75 GBP, shipping is calculated at checkout.
EU: Free standard shipping for orders over €85 EUR. For orders under €85 EUR, shipping is €7 EUR in Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, Austria, Finland, Luxembourg. For orders under €85 EUR, shipping is €9 EUR in Croatia, Cyprus, Malta, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia and Slovak Republic.
For Canada orders over $125 CAD, any applicable duties or import taxes will be collected at checkout.
For UK orders over £135, any applicable duties or import taxes will be collected at checkout.
