We follow even more stringent guidelines than those set by the E.U. to eliminate over 2,700 potentially harmful ingredients from our formulas. No parabens, phthalates, sulfates, petrolatum, PEGs, cyclic silicones, EDTA, or BPA.
Our products are also free of formaldehyde-releasers or donors; ethanolamine compounds; BHA and BHT; toluene; GMO; hydroquinone; triclosan; palmitate; methylisothiazolinone; methylchloroisothiazolinone; methyl cellosolve; benzophenone, oxybenzone and its derivatives; benzalkonium chloride; triclocarban; bronopol; glycol ethers; ethoxylated chemicals; barium; urea; mercury or mercury compounds; sodium lauroyl sarcosinate; coal tar; nanoparticles; butoxyethanol; resorcinol and 2-methylresorcinol; and butylene/ethylene/styrene copolymer and ethylene/Propylene/styrene copolymer.

Other products in our collection contain beeswax and carmine. While these ingredients aren’t vegan, we find them to be the best options for creating formulas that are both high-performing and safe.
All Jones Road products are cruelty-free.
All Jones Road products are formulated without gluten. They are not manufactured in gluten-free facilities.
Jones Road products are developed and produced in the United States and Germany.
Miracle Balm has an opened shelf life of 18 months.
The Mascara has an unopened shelf life of 18 months and an opened shelf life of 6 months.
All other Jones Road products have an unopened shelf life of 24 months and an opened shelf life of 12 months.
Jones Road unit cartons are made from 100% recyclable Forest Stewardship Council®-certified post-consumer fiber. Our product shippers are also recyclable.

Cleaning your makeup brushes regularly is essential for maintaining good hygiene and preventing skin issues. Here's a simple guide on how to clean your makeup brushes:
What you'll need:
- Mild soap or baby shampoo
- Warm water
- Towel or paper towels
- Brush cleaning mat or glove (optional)
Steps:
- Gather Your Brushes: Collect all the brushes you want to clean.
- Rinse the Bristles: Hold the brush under lukewarm water, ensuring that only the bristles get wet. Avoid getting water into the ferrule (the metal part that holds the bristles).
- Soap or Shampoo: Put a small amount of mild soap or baby shampoo in your hand or a shallow dish.
- Lather the Bristles: Gently swirl the brush bristles in the soap, creating a lather. You can also use a brush cleaning mat or glove to help with the process.
- Cleanse Thoroughly: Work the lather through the bristles, paying attention to the base where makeup residue tends to accumulate.
- Rinse Again: Rinse the bristles under running water until the soap is completely washed out. Keep the brush pointing downward to prevent water from entering the ferrule.
- Repeat if Necessary: If the brush is particularly dirty, you may need to repeat the process until the water runs clear.
- Gently Squeeze Out Water: Gently squeeze excess water out of the bristles using your fingers. Be careful not to deform the shape of the brush.
- Reshape the Brushes: Reshape the bristles to their original form. Lay the brushes flat on a towel to dry. This helps prevent water from running into the ferrule.
- Allow to Air Dry: Let the brushes air dry completely before using them again. Avoid using a hairdryer as the heat can damage the bristles.
Other Tips:
- Clean your brushes at least once a week, especially those used for liquid or cream products.
- Use a gentle, antibacterial soap to ensure the brushes are thoroughly cleaned.
Regularly cleaning your makeup brushes not only keeps your tools in good condition, but also ensures that you're applying makeup to a clean canvas, reducing the risk of skin issues.
- We recommend going in with a lighter hand, as it’s much easier to add than to take away.
- Additionally, try applying the balm with your fingers and then continue blending the product into your skin with a brush. This will allow the product to absorb into your fingertips a bit and won’t feel as heavy on the skin.
- Also, tapping it instead of rubbing it across the face could help with the application and the way it sits on the skin as well.
- Finally, please feel free to lightly powder over the top of the balm in the areas you think you may need it.

- Start with un-prepped skin, skip your morning moisturizer. You may notice the WTF absorbs better without anything underneath it. It's also full of skin-loving ingredients so you won't have to compromise on skincare benefits.
- Apply a few small dots and blend with the warmth of your hands. Then, apply a second sheer layer if you'd like additional coverage.
- Use a wide fluffy brush rather than a powder puff for applying powder. This will gently disperse the product without looking cakey. This can help reduce shine without taking away from the moisture of the product.

If you're still not loving it, our Face Pencil could be a good alternative for you. They aren't as dewy looking on the skin and offer a bit more coverage as well.
Orders
You can check your order status on your Account page—the status will be updated as soon as your order is placed and again when your order ships.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, with the exception of US holidays. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 3-4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from hi@jonesroadbeauty.com with tracking information.
We can't make any changes to your order after it's submitted, but if you would like to cancel it, please email hi@jonesroadbeauty.com and we'll do our best.
Jones Road accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.
Jones Road Beauty offers optional Package Protection to safeguard your online purchases against loss, damage, or theft during transit. By adding Package Protection at checkout, your order is guaranteed a faster resolution for any shipping-related issues—allowing us to issue a replacement of your original order at no additional cost to you if it is lost, damaged, or stolen after the carrier’s proof of delivery.
Claim Process:
Filing a claim is easy. If Package Protection has been added to your order and your shipment is affected by the scenarios listed above, we guarantee a complete replacement order to be processed and shipped out promptly, at no additional cost to you.

We'll offer support through every step of the claims process and make sure your no-cost replacement order is complete and arrives smoothly.

Jones Road currently ships throughout the US, Canada, UK (including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, excluding Crown Dependencies) and across the EU (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain).
US: Free standard shipping for orders over $85. For orders under $85, shipping is $8.95.
Canada: Free standard shipping for orders over $125 CAD. For orders under $125 CAD, shipping is $13 CAD.
UK: Free standard shipping for orders over £75 GBP. For orders under £75 GBP, shipping is calculated at checkout.
EU: Free standard shipping for orders over €85 EUR. For orders under €85 EUR, shipping is €7 EUR in Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, Austria, Finland, Luxembourg.
