We always want you to be happy with your Jones Road Beauty purchase. Didn't find the perfect shade? Don't worry. Just contact us at hi@jonesroadbeauty.com, and we'll streamline the exchange process for you. If you'd rather a refund, that's absolutely fine too.

What’s your return and exchange policy?

You have 30 days from purchase
to return your items.

You have 45 days from purchase
to exchange your items.

Returns and exchanges exclude kits and sets, which are final sale.

Please note: Returns or exchanges may be limited based on misuse or bulk purchases. Restocking fees may apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Learn more about our terms and conditions here.

Visit the Returns Portal:

Head over to the Jones Road Beauty Returns and Exchanges Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code associated with the order.

Select Your Option:

Pick whether it’s a return or exchange, answer a few easy questions, and your shipping label is ready.

Pack & Ship:

If prompted to return your items, pack them in a box and attach the shipping label. Hand it over to your carrier, and we'll take care of the rest.

How do gift returns or exchanges work?

If you’ve received a Jones Road Beauty product as a gift, visit the Jones Road Beauty Returns and Exchanges Portal with the original order number and shipping zip code.

How long does it take to process a return?

We're dedicated to processing your requests as quickly as possible. You'll receive an email confirmation once the exchange or refund has been initiated, generally within 24 hours or less.

What should I do if I bought the wrong shade?
