How to Cover Dark Circles Under Your Eyes

Dark circles are one of the things I get asked about most and dealing with them is relatively easy. Always start by hydrating with an eye cream. This is the most important step and will make a huge difference in how your makeup goes on. If you’re wearing foundation, apply that next. I’m a big fan of applying only where needed versus all over the face.

Next, grab your Jones Road Face Pencils. I suggest mixing two shades to cover dark circles, one shade to neutralize (Shades 6, 11, 13, and 17 are great neutralizers) and the other to lighten.
