Beauty isn’t about unattainable perfection. It comes in all ages, color, shapes, and sizes. It’s not about looking like someone else, or trying to be someone you’re not. That’s why whether I was working as a freelance makeup artist, building a global brand, launching EVOLUTION_18, or curating this very site, my philosophy has always been simple and it’s always been the same: be who you are.

Makeup doesn’t have to be complicated and you don’t have to be a professional to get it right. And you certainly don’t have to paint on features you don’t have. Your beauty routine should enhance what makes you unique. One of the things I’ve always loved about being a makeup artist is the opportunity to teach people how to use makeup to just be themselves. This is why I’m so excited to announce my makeup and beauty class with MasterClass, the first ever of its kind.

In my MasterClass, available now, I’ll cover a range of makeup fundamentals, like selecting the right foundation, and share step-by-step tutorials on everything from smokey eyes to my one-minute beauty routine. I’ll teach you how to hone the natural aesthetic that disrupted the market nearly thirty years ago and continues to outlast all the beauty trends that have come and gone since.
