Beauty School: Golden Hour

I’ve always wanted to create a product that captures the magic of a sunset—that early evening light that gives everything a soft, golden glow. Everyone looks good in this light and Miracle Balm in Golden Hour perfectly captures it. This new addition to the Miracle Balm family is my solution to any bad beauty day. The peachy-golden tint is infused with gold sparkle, working to give skin warmth and dimension. Here’s how I used Golden Hour on Carly:
Face
After prepping the skin with moisturizer and eye cream, I applied The Face Pencil in Shade 8 under her eyes and used The Face Pencil in Shade 9 to cover any redness on her skin. Next, I applied Miracle Balm in Golden Hour to cheeks and forehead by gently pressing it into the skin. (Don’t forget to break the seal on the balm!) It instantly lifts and warms the complexion.
Eyes
On Carly’s eyes, I used Miracle Balm in Golden Hour to create a really beautiful shimmer. The great thing about this product is that it’s super buildable, so you can keep adding to get your desired look. I focused on her lids and extended slightly upwards to the brow bone. If you like a glossy lid, try using Miracle Balm on the eyes to create a more subtle, dewy version of it.
For definition, I added a few coats of The Mascara and filled in her brows using The Brow Pencil in Light Brunette.
Lips
I finished the look with a little bit of The Lip and Cheek Stick in Bright Pink on lips. I love this shade because it gives a pop of color that still looks really natural.
