Bobbi specifically developed both formulas to work perfectly under The Neutralizer Pencil and The Face Pencil. Eye Cream is appropriate for most individuals on a daily basis. In comparison, Rich Eye Cream can be used on extra dry days when you are looking for an added boost of moisture to wake up your undereyes.

Can I layer makeup on top of Rich Eye Cream?

Allow the product to sit for one minute before applying The Neutralizer Pencil and The Face Pencil on top to conceal dark circles.

We recommend applying Rich Eye Cream to your undereyes, as well as any dry skin around your eyes. Avoid getting the cream directly in your eyes.

EU: Free standard shipping for orders over €85 EUR.
