On wet/damp hair: Apply a quarter-sized amount to hands, working through hair from roots to ends. Add more product as needed. Blow dry or air dry and style as desired. If you have fine or oily hair, focus application on lengths and ends.

On dry hair: For added hydration or to revive hair between wash days, apply a nickel-to-quarter sized amount to hands and work through hair, focusing on lengths and ends.

I love using this on second-day hair to help smooth out a ponytail and control frizz.

Hervé’s Tip: If you’re not sure how much product to use, start with a smaller amount because you can always add more. For fine or thin hair, start with a dime-sized amount.

Is it scented?

Yes. We developed a clean fragrance with notes of orange blossom, agarwood, and white patchouli. It’s light, clean, and fresh.

I have fine hair, can I use this product?

With fine hair, we recommend focusing application on lengths and ends instead of roots.

I have coiled/textured hair, can I use this product?

Yes. Focus application to the outside of curls to keep texture intact.

Can I use it if I have extensions?

Yes, Universal Hair Balm is safe for use on extensions.

Jones Road currently ships to the US (excluding Guam and the US Virgin Islands), Canada, the UK (including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, excluding Crown Dependencies), and to select EU countries including Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain.

US: Free standard shipping for orders over $85. For orders under $85, shipping is $6.95.

Canada: Free standard shipping for orders over $125 CAD. For orders under $125 CAD, shipping is $13 CAD.

UK: Free standard shipping for orders over £75 GBP. For orders under £75 GBP, shipping is calculated at checkout.

EU: Free standard shipping for orders over €85 EUR.
