Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for US, UK, and EU orders and 5-10 business days for Canada orders.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, with the exception of US holidays. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 3-4 business days.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please allow 24-48 hours for the courier to deliver the items. Additionally, please check with the address provided and with your neighbors to see if they received your items. Lastly, if you have not received your delivered order within 24-48 hours, please email hi@jonesroadbeauty.com re-confirming your address and we are happy to assist you further.
Jones Road currently ships to the US, Canada, the UK (including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, excluding Crown Dependencies).
