The Reveal: Better Skin, Naturally

What a difference a scrub makes. Somes body moisturizers alone just don’t cut it. When you see the white flakes on the inside of your Lululemons, you know it’s time for real action.
Once a week I do a body scrub to slough off any dead skin cells. You have to exfoliate the outer layer of your skin before you moisturize. There are a few ways to do this at home and the items in your pantry and fridge can produce great results.
Sea Salt & Coconut Oil
Grab some sea salt and combine with coconut oil to make your own scrub. Scrub on to arms and legs and rinse off in the shower. Beware if you have recently shaved, as it will burn!
Potato Scrub Glove
Another Bobbi-do-it-yourself that sounds a bit strange, but works wonders is to buy a pair of potato scrub gloves and rub on your dry legs and feet before you shower. It's the original dry brush!
Natural Oils
After exfoliating, I love to make my own homemade body oil with grapeseed oil or apricot oil. I like to mix in a few drops of essential oils, like eucalyptus or lavender.
