It’s Miracle Balm for hair. Created in partnership with hair stylist Hervé Claude, Universal Hair Balm is the result of years of friendship and mentorship. This lightweight, all-in-one styling cream helps to increase shine, protect against heat damage and fight frizz while strengthening, repairing, and conditioning hair. Formulated to work across hair types and textures.
On wet/damp hair: Apply a quarter-sized amount to hands, working through hair from roots to ends. Add more product as needed. Blow dry or air dry and style as desired. If you have fine or oily hair, focus application on lengths and ends.
On dry hair: For added hydration or to revive hair between wash days, apply a nickel-to-quarter sized amount to hands and work through hair, focusing on lengths and ends.
Bobbi's Tip:
I love using this on second-day hair to help smooth out a ponytail and control frizz.
Hervé’s Tip:
If you’re not sure how much product to use, start with a smaller amount because you can always add more. For fine or thin hair, start with a dime-sized amount.

Shipping
Jones Road currently ships to the US (excluding Guam and US Virgin Islands), Canada, Ireland, and the UK (including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, excluding Crown Dependencies). We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
In light of COVID-19, there may be some delays in processing and shipping your order. Unexpected delays can also occur due to weather, staffing and general delays with the carrier. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Jones Road offers free standard shipping for all US orders over $85, Canada orders over 125 CAD, UK orders over 75 GBP, and Ireland orders over €100. For orders under $85 in the US, standard shipping is $6.95. For orders under 125 CAD in Canada, standard shipping is 13 CAD. For orders under €100 in Ireland, shipping is €12. For orders under 75 GBP in the UK, shipping is calculated at checkout.
For UK orders, any applicable duties or import taxes are collected at checkout for orders over £135
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, with the exception of US holidays. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 3-4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from hi@jonesroadbeauty.com with tracking information.
